Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return unopened merchandise for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unopened condition with all original labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at naturethrivend@gmail.com or call 630-728-1745 to obtain approval. Place the approved item(s) securely into a box and mail your return to:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

After receiving your item and inspected, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
